Cape to Cape Textiles started with a fortuitous detour and a discovery that changed everything. While traveling abroad, Nicole Bender found her route diverted to Cape Town, South Africa. What was meant to be a quick stopover evolved into eight remarkable days immersed in the vibrant colors, rich culture, and breathtaking craftsmanship of a city she never intended to visit.

It was the textiles that truly captivated her. Hand-block printed in a centuries-old tradition, every single piece radiated a tactile beauty and vivid quality she had never encountered before. As a Cape Cod local and a lover of hosting, Nicole immediately envisioned how these unique pieces could elevate tables, porches, and celebrations back home.

Today, Cape to Cape brings that same soulful hand-block tradition into every season—from sun-drenched summer garden tables to the rich palettes of an autumn gathering and into the holiday season. This is the same spirit we bring to every piece we make, from your table to your closet.
